PLATINUM Professional Development will schedule a conference call with the principal and manager to discuss in detail your needs, practice weaknesses and areas of concern.
We then design a customised workshop to develop these weaknesses, address the concerns and rejuvenate the team to aspire to improve. It is recommended that this workshop is held at a venue away from the practice where the team can relax and focus on the new information and direction, without interruption. A customised workbook is created to support this workshop and to provide you with a reference to our easy to apply systems and ideas instrumental to achieving your goals, while developing a fun and happy working environment.
